Core Consulting Solutions, llc is a designated sponsor of the U.S. State Department’s Summer Work Travel Program, as well as the Camp Counselor Program. Our Senior Executives have been in the staff placement business for over thirty years.

| • What are the qualifications needed to participate? |
|
To participate in the Work Travel Program, applicants you must be enrolled in a post-secondary school program and be at least 18 years old.
|
| • What time of year can I participate in the program? |
|
Applicants may participate during their summer vacation. The maximum length of the program is 4 months.
|
| • Who handles the paper work? |
|
CCS will help you with all of the required paper work as well as walk you through the entire process.
|
| • How do I get to the U.S.? |
|
CCS will assist you with your travel arrangements.
|
| • What documents do I need? |
|
You will need certification from your school that you are a full time student, and the appropriate visa. You may need a certification depending on the job you are applying for. When you arrive in the U.S. you will apply for a Social Security card. Your employer will help you with this process.

| • Is there any orientation before I go? |
|
Yes. You must attend an orientation program in your home country before you leave for the U.S.
|
| • How much will I get paid? |
|
The amount of pay you receive will vary based on your age, experience, certifications and whether or not room and board are provided for you by the employer.

| • Where will I live? |
|
Some jobs will provide you with room and board. If not, the employer will help you find suitable housing.
|
| • What kind of jobs are available? |
|

| • What is the difference between this program and the summer camp program? |
|
You will initially need to lay out more money for this program. Unlike the summer camp program, you may work a second job if permitted by your employer. The summer camp season is usually only nine weeks whereas on this program you will probably be contracted for a minimum of 12 weeks.

| • Can I request an area of the U.S. where I would like to work? |
|
You may request an area of the country where you would prefer to work. CCS cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request but we will do our best to find an employer in the area you prefer.

| • How much free time will I get each week? |
|
The amount of free time varies with the position and employer needs. You will be given the same amount of free time as given to other staff members in like positions.

| • Can my friends and I work at the same location? |
|
You may request to work in the same location as your friends but CCS cannot guarantee that we can place you all together. We will do our best to meet your request.

| • How do I obtain insurance for the program? |
|
CCS provides you with Basic Sickness and Accident insurance for the length of your program. The employer will provide you with Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
|
| • What happens if I decline a job offer? |
|
CCS will do all we can to match your skills and interests with the right employer. In the event you don’t feel comfortable with your placement, you may decline to work at employer we recommend.
|
• Can I find a job on my own?
|
|
Yes. You can find a position on your own. CCS can help you with all required logistical arrangements. Contact us for more information on this option.

| • What happens if I have a problem with the employer? |
|
We recommend that you first try to resolve the problem with your supervisor. Your CCS staff is available to you any time you need our help.
|
| • Will I have time to travel before or after my employment dates? |
|
Yes, pursuant to the conditions of your visa. There is a thirty-day grace period for you to travel if your visa and school dates permit.
|
| • How do I apply? |
|
Just fill out the Regestration Form. A Representative of our staff in the Regional offices wil contact you. Once you have been accepted into the program we will you find you a suitable position and apply or your visa.
